Job Descriptions:

• Spearhead development and implementation of the content strategy to establish thought leadership, drive awareness and traffic, and influence growth marketing pipeline 
• Define quality standards of content and establish research, writing, and production processes to ensure consistent best-in-class deliverables 
• Build an editorial calendar and produce high-quality articles, white papers, eBooks, blogs, email marketing & CRM messages, and survey reports 
• Continuously test best performing content formats, distribution channels, and contribute to social media contents 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and develop agile content marketing processes to quickly capitalize on potential momentum 
• Collaborate with the product marketing team to develop messaging based on product use cases and target personas 
• Determine metrics that define effective marketing content and continuously track and report progress

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading content marketing team and building successful cases to drive business results
• Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation
• Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
• Strong understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization with prior hands-on experience
• High familiarity with CMS, analytics, and other relevant tools to ensure content marketing success
• Data-driven, excellent writing skills, and creative storyteller
• Prior database management, preferable in a similar role
• Experience in the tech (and SaaS) industry is highly preferred
