Job Descriptions:

• Manages a team of retention financial service that is responsible for the implementation of Mekari Flex App
• Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team
• Oversees and supports multiple projects
• Reviews external clients' product demands, develops project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
• Collaborate with the system integration team to ensure compliance with all client requirements, provide appropriate training to clients, and ensure efficient implementation of all systems
• Maintain all project plans, ensure timeframe compliance, collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes, and provide project status report updates
• Create and monitor campaign execution to boost GMV

Requirements/Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, experience in managing complex tasks
• Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients
• Fast learner and independent
• Having good interpersonal and teamwork skill
• Experienced in financial product is a plus
• Able to work under pressure
