Job Descriptions:
- Manages a team of retention financial service that is responsible for the implementation of Mekari Flex App
- Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team
- Oversees and supports multiple projects
- Reviews external clients' product demands, develops project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
- Collaborate with the system integration team to ensure compliance with all client requirements, provide appropriate training to clients, and ensure efficient implementation of all systems
- Maintain all project plans, ensure timeframe compliance, collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes, and provide project status report updates
- Create and monitor campaign execution to boost GMV
Requirements/Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, experience in managing complex tasks
- Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients
- Fast learner and independent
- Having good interpersonal and teamwork skill
- Experienced in financial product is a plus
- Able to work under pressure
