Job Description:

  • Identify and target potential clients, manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to call, preparing proposals & closing.
  • Track and manage all sales activities and deal progression from lead generation.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and progress towards targets.
  • Make sure all operational and credit processes are strictly adhered to and follow compliance regulations.
  • Work closely with internal teams including product development and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide valuable feedback and insights from the market to inform product enhancements and strategic decisions.
  • Liaise closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and act as a point of contact to address any questions or concerns, nurturing long-term client relationships.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from business, finance or accounting major.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in financial or banking industry.
  • Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus (preferably with track record of over-achieving quota).
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable speaking to senior executives and building rapport.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on creating win-win solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Huge plus: experience selling to HR Manager, CEO, Accountant or Finance Manager.
