Job Descriptions:
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
- Communicate with other party like product, marketing, and other division to make sure all initiative execute clearly
- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for high management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
- Drive Mekari to win the competition.
- Actively contributing to Mekari strategical movement formulation.
- Skillfully build interest and create opportunities.
- Being a Role Model in terms of Professionality & Operational Excellence for the team.
- Leading the sales department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole
- Establish lead requirements needed to meet your business objectives
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Work collaboratively across teams
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experienced in Fintech, Banking or other financial services, Retail / Software company is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 8 years of sales experience.
- Proven track record in achieving sales quota and create strategy
- Target oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability and skills to develop relationships quickly
- Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written
- Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
- Eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good use, also able to work under pressure
- Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Strong ownership spirit
