Job description:
Supporting our organization's development by contributing to manpower management, performance management, organization management, and talent management initiatives.
Man Power Management
- Review and proceed approval of manpower requisitions based on a decided yearly manpower plan.
- Responsible for record manpower needed in hiring logbooks accurately & in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (Hiring Manager, Finance, Talent acquisition) for manpower quota adjustments and confirmation.
- Document all adjustments of man power quota accurately and in a timely manner.
Performance Management
- Involve in for the end to end process (both operational and administrative) of performance appraisals, including preparing participants,developing communication plans, conducting socialization, driving completion & data-processing.
- Facilitate the end-to-end process of post-performance appraisal action activities.
- Involve in push & drive submission of employee quarterly OKR.
Organization Management
- Review and process organization change (employee transfer,reporting line change, organization structure adjustment) requests submitted by stakeholders.
- Accurately document all changes requested in the Organization change logbook.
- Proceed employee application for internal job opportunities, start from eligibility check up, coordination with talent acquisition for assessment process up to employee transfer process.
- Ensure the accuracy and upkeep of organizational documentation, such as organizational charts, job descriptions & employee master data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Organization Development or HR Generalist role.
- Shows potential of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Internal Customer Centric behavior, prioritized quality of processing OD Services.
- Adequate English both spoken and written.
- Has ability in processing data with Gsheet.
- Proficient in G-Suite (Slide, Gsheet, Gdocs).
- Familiar with process creating Organization Structure, Job Description, man power requisition. approval, and performance appraisal process.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High curiosity & willingness to learn.
- Willing to involved in ideation and not afraid in giving and receiving feedback.
