Job Description:

• Evaluate learning development needs in organizational scope
• Initiatie, develop, deliver certain learning strategies and development programs
• Give excellent onboarding journey to new employees
• Responsible for monitoring performance indicators
• Help employees to be able constantly deliver results
• Monitor the effectiveness of learning program

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in learning and development
• Proven experience in leading a team
• Ability to assess training needs within the organization
• Knowledge of creating effective development programs
• Ability to present and communicate effectively at all levels (including upwards)
• Highly capable of building a deep connections to others
