Job Description :

  • Manage documentation of risk policy and procedures encompassing new users selections, risk management, and litigations over users’ life-time
  • Keep track of changes in business strategy and overall processes, review its impact on credit performance, propose and implement action to manage the risk if necessary
  • Regularly monitor and forecast key indicators of credit risk, and quick to alert any adverse in credit performance
  • Develop, implement and iterate on a credit-scoring tool based on credit performance
  • Do an analysis for improvement in policy and analyze further if any adverse in credit performance to find out the root cause to keep the risk healthy
  • Work closely with the Product team to assess risks of new initiatives with sufficient challenge, while helping them by recommending mitigation actions related to the risk
  • Working with other teams to manage and operationalize risk-related processes including with 3rd parties (e.g. 3rd party collection agencies)

Requirements :

  • 2-4 years experience in Operational Risk Management for Financial institutions, digital institutions highly preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Credit and Fraud Risk Metrics, the methodology, and the business impacts
  • Able to translate the "old school" concepts of Operational Risk framework, into "new" digital lending set up, where everything needs to be fast & agile
