Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible and taking ownership of OKRs related to customer community  process and result
  • Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team
  • Leading and mentoring customer community team, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole Build up a new customer community: create and manage content, drive traffic, and engage new members
  • Provide quick and outstanding community leader & member support
  • Work closely with other Mekari Aftersales teams (i.e., Customer Support, Customer First, Product, etc.) to respond and manage customer requests in the forum
  • Community moderation includes answering questions, resolving conflicts, and escalating issues
  • Report on community trending topics and gauging overall sentiment
  • Execution engagement initiatives to surprise and delight our community (e.g conduct event, content, and gamification)

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication, PR, etc with minimal 1-2 experience working in Customer Community 
  • Proven teamwork and leadership experience.
  • Creative content writing
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Familiar with email marketing/CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of digital marketing and strategy.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
  • Curious, open-minded, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
