Job Descriptions:
- Responsible and taking ownership of OKRs related to customer community process and result
- Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team
- Leading and mentoring customer community team, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole Build up a new customer community: create and manage content, drive traffic, and engage new members
- Provide quick and outstanding community leader & member support
- Work closely with other Mekari Aftersales teams (i.e., Customer Support, Customer First, Product, etc.) to respond and manage customer requests in the forum
- Community moderation includes answering questions, resolving conflicts, and escalating issues
- Report on community trending topics and gauging overall sentiment
- Execution engagement initiatives to surprise and delight our community (e.g conduct event, content, and gamification)
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication, PR, etc with minimal 1-2 experience working in Customer Community
- Proven teamwork and leadership experience.
- Creative content writing
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Familiar with email marketing/CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of digital marketing and strategy.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
- Curious, open-minded, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
