Job Descriptions:

  • Design and implement social media & KOL strategy to align with business goals.
  • Full ownership of the metrics and results of overall social platform that are being managed
  • Develop content strategy, editorial calendar, and own the content management processes (production, scheduling, distribution, and response management) with agency partners (based on need, will need to participate in agency finding process).
  • In charge of social media boosting for annual conferences and coordinate needs with cross-teams. 
  • Establish social listening capability to quickly identify trends and provide insights to other collaborators and swiftly respond to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Work closely with the creative team and content vendor to present appealing and consistent company branding in social media.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree majoring in Marketing, Social Media, Communication, etc. 
  • At least 2+ years of proven experience with managing social media accounts in notable tech companies and/or B2B centric accounts both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated track record in achieving objectives and working in a highly collaborative environment and cross-functional setting
  • Proven expertise in managing multiple social channels (LinkedIn, FB/IG, TikTok, Twitter) and keeping up with latest trends.
  • High familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g HootSuite, SproutSocial)
  • Excellent copywriting skills and visual intelligence
  • Comfortable with numbers and data-driven
