Activation Specialist (Mekari Qontak - Chatbot QC)

Job Descriptions:

Quality Control:

  • Conduct reviews to ensure clear flow and navigation
  • Conduct chatbot flow testings to ensure smoothness and alignment with the client’s request
  • Coordinate with activation team to clarify chatbot flows etc
  • Manage chatbot onboarding survey for
  • Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team
  • Maintain SLA & Accuracy for new / revision chatbot


  • Develop chatbot according to the client’s request
  • Conduct revisions towards chatbot to ensure chatbot’s quality.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in a SaaS company
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Familiar with CRM tools
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients
  • Fast learner and independent
  • Having good interpersonal and teamwork skill
