Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital products that meet the needs of our users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products that are user-friendly, efficient, and scalable. Your key responsibiliites will include:

• Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop a deep understanding of the B2B product landscape and the competitive landscape to inform design decisions.
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback and data to identify user needs and preferences, and translate them into design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create and implement design solutions that meet business and user needs.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the design process and product quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a focus on B2B products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, process, and results in a B2B context.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
