Job Description:

Support Needs Analysis

• Participate in meetings with stakeholders (Project Manager, Solution Architect, Engineer) to understand business needs and work processes.
• Assist in recording and summarizing discussion results and needs.
• Learn to analyze basic functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to leverage the platform's low-code capabilities.

Supporting Solution Design

• Learn to create simple wireframes and mockups to visualize solutions.
• Assists in creating basic process flow diagrams.
• Understand the concept of system integration (API, database, etc.).
• Learn to consider usability and performance aspects in solution design.

Helps in Documentation

• Assist in compiling and maintaining documentation, such as meeting notes, basic requirements specifications, and simple process flows.
• Learn to create basic user stories, business requirements document, functional specification document., solution designs, , and software requirements specification  and acceptance criteria.

Supports Validation and Verification

• Participate in design validation and prototyping sessions.
• Assists in simple testing to ensure understanding of specifications.

Team Support Duties

• Perform other administrative and supporting tasks relevant to the work of Systems Analyst team.
• Learn and use the tools used by team (for example, project management tools, diagramming tools).
• Provide constructive feedback and ideas during team discussions.

Requirements:

• Active students or recent graduates (less than 1 year of work experience) with a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management (with interest in IT), or related fields.
• Have a basic understanding of information systems concepts and software development.
• Have a strong interest in learning about business and systems analysis.
• Have good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Have basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with office tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
• Having a basic understanding of wireframing or diagramming tools.
• Basic understanding of low-code or no-code platforms.
• Basic knowledge of database or API.
• Relevant organizational or project experience.
