Job Description:

• Serve as the primary point of contact during the incubation period

• Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, objectives, and pain points

• Monitor customer activity to ensure optimal use of the platform

• Track key metrics (e.g., engagement rate, product utilization, issue resolution time) to measure customer readiness for AM transition

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Support) to ensure timely resolution of customer challenges

• Analyze feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the customer

• Assess customer readiness based on defined parameters (e.g., consistent product usage, issue resolution, customer satisfaction scores)

• Coordinate handover to the AM team, providing detailed customer history and insights

• Ensure a seamless transition to the AM team for ongoing relationship management experience

• Provide training and resources to increase product adoption and proficiency (if needed)
