Job Description:

1. Delivery operations and squad rituals

  • Prepare and maintain the artefacts for development team rituals — sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and retrospective — including agenda, board hygiene, and follow-up notes.
  • Support release coordination: checklist preparation, release-note drafting, and confirmation that pre-release items are complete.

2. Stakeholder coordination

  • Consolidate inputs and requests received from stakeholders into a single tracked list for the Product Manager to triage.
  • Circulate meeting outcomes, decisions, and owners within one working day of the session.

3. Project reporting and progress monitoring

  • Produce weekly and sprint-level progress reports covering scope completed, scope in progress, open blockers, and variance against the plan.
  • Maintain delivery metrics defined by the Product Manager (for example: sprint completion rate, cycle time, defect counts, scope-change count).

4. Product capability and competitor research

  • Conduct structured benchmarking of competitor and adjacent products, covering feature design, business process, pricing structure where published, and positioning.
  • Produce capability comparison matrices against a defined evaluation framework, with sources cited.

5. Documentation and PRD support

  • Draft assigned sections of Product Requirement Documents — background, problem statement, user stories, acceptance criteria, non-functional considerations, and open questions — for Product Manager review.

6. UI/UX mockup support

  • Produce prototypes and mockups to support requirement discussions and product design.

Requirements:

  • Background in Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Mandatory having portfolio containing at least two projects (academic, personal, freelance, or prior internship) that show the progression from problem framing to wireframe to interface design.
  • Professional proficiency in english
  • Structured documentation ability — organising unstructured input into a coherent written output.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet tooling (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) for reporting and comparison matrices.
  • Available for a 6-month internship, with a hybrid arrangement at Jakarta Midplaza
