Job Description:
- Lead the full re-implementation and re-training process for Mekari Talenta, Mekari’s HRIS and payroll platform designed to simplify HR and payroll operations.
- Develop and deliver engaging, customized training sessions and product demos based on each client’s specific needs, with an emphasis on payroll and attendance features.
- Conduct regular client reviews to collect feedback, understand new requirements, and provide consultative advice to ensure successful program adoption and project outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices to optimize the use of Mekari Talenta’s functionalities, including payroll processing, attendance management, and HR data analytics.
- Troubleshoot client issues related to system configuration, payroll calculations, or HRIS features and deliver effective solutions promptly.
- Analyze client data and software usage patterns to identify pain points and recommend improvements.
- Configure and set up Mekari Talenta applications to align with client workflows and compliance needs.
- Collect and document client requirements for re-implementation projects and create detailed action plans.
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing weekly progress reports to track training effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in training, customer success, aftersales, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company.
- Comfortable with numbers and strong understanding of HRIS systems and end-to-end payroll processes.
- Comfortable with written and verbal communication in English and able to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to tailor training content and delivery to diverse learning styles and client needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate well with both internal teams and clients.
- Familiarity with Mekari Talenta or other HRIS/payroll software is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, G Suite, and online presentation platforms.
- Experience in marketing campaigns or client engagement initiatives is a plus.
