Job Description:
- Research companies that are potentially interested in using our HRIS product (Mekari Talenta) to increase the number of qualified leads.
- Contact potential clients through various communication channels to initiate relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., HR Managers, Finance Leads, or Directors).
- Craft persuasive emails that convey the value of Mekari Talenta and secure introductory meetings.
- Make cold and warm calls to follow up or support email communications; manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and demo to closing.
- Experiment with different outreach intervals, messaging, and content to identify successful strategies.
- Collaborate with the engineering and customer success teams to deliver product feedback and feature requests.
- Analyze and target new business opportunities to grow Mekari Talenta’s footprint in Surabaya.
- Work directly with the marketing team to convert leads into qualified appointments.
- Apply strong selling and influencing skills to set up meetings with qualified prospects.
- Log, track, and maintain customer contact and sales activity records in CRM systems.
- Participate in networking and community events to promote Mekari Talenta.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience.
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Prior B2B sales experience is required.
- Experience in SaaS or Tech companies is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in building and managing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable and confident speaking with mid-level to senior executives.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Competitive and scrappy mindset with a hunger to win.
- Desire to improve and grow continuously.
- Proficient in productivity and presentation tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, etc).
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic, openness to feedback, and ability to self-manage.
- Highly objective, target-driven, and performance-focused.
- Excellent presentation and consultative selling skills.
