Key Responsibilities
1. Tax Compliance & Reporting

Ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and submission of all corporate tax filings (monthly, quarterly, and annual).

Maintain compliance with local, regional, and international tax regulations.

Manage VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and other applicable obligations.
2. Tax Planning & Advisory

Provide strategic tax advice to support business decisions, investments, and cross-border transactions.

Identify tax optimization opportunities while maintaining compliance.

Monitor new tax laws, regulations, and updates; assess business impact and recommend solutions.
3. Audit & Risk Management

Act as main point of contact for tax authorities and external auditors.

Manage tax audits, disputes, and transfer pricing matters.

Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
4. Process Improvement & Leadership
-
Develop and implement efficient tax processes, policies, and documentation.

Partner with Finance to improve accuracy and transparency in tax reporting.

Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members and business partners on tax matters.
Requirements
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.

Minimum 6–8 years of relevant tax experience, preferably with a mix of Big 4/public accounting and in-house corporate tax.

Experience in SaaS, technology, or multinational company is a plus.
Technical Skills
-
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.

Familiarity with transfer pricing, cross-border taxation, and international tax issues.

Proficiency in tax reporting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

High attention to detail, integrity, and strong sense of ownership.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications (preferred)
-
Brevet A & B (mandatory), Brevet C (preferred).

CPA, Chartered Tax Advisor, or similar certification is a plus.
