About the Role:

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager who’s curious, structured, and has a strong sense of ownership. You’ll help build features that shape the future of digital signatures in Indonesia — empowering everyday workflows for HR, Procurement, Legal, and more.

As an Associate PM, you’ll work directly with other Product Managers (PM), product designers (PD), engineers, and QA to build impactful features — from discovery, system thinking, through to testing and post-launch iteration.

This is not a glorified task-juggler role — we want someone who asks "why", maps flows, and understands how design logic, system behavior, and business/user needs all come together.

Job Description:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements from internal stakeholders and users

  • Together with other PMs and product designers (PD), you’ll analyze user journeys and identify friction or inefficiencies, especially in high-volume document workflows

  • Work with engineering to understand technical constraints and system behavior

  • Sketch basic flows, write user stories, and collaborate with designers to ensure solutions are intuitive

  • Collaborate in QA and testing, ensuring edge cases and regressions are handled gracefully

  • Monitor metrics and user feedback for post-release features and identify areas to improve product usability or performance

  • Create documentation before feature release to support commercial and partnership teams

Requirements:

Must-Haves

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset — you ask why, and then how

  • Familiar with how APIs, frontend, and backend interact at a conceptual level

  • Understands basic UX patterns and design principles — e.g., when to use modals, toasts, alerts, loaders

  • Understands persona-based product thinking — why different users behave differently

  • Good communication skills — able to clearly document product behavior and rationale

  • Comfortable using tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma / Figjam, or even pen & paper (or digital scratch) to visualize workflows

  • Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn — especially when digging into ambiguity, edge cases, or unfamiliar domains

Bonus (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Previous internship or experience in a tech company, preferably SaaS

  • Experience writing user stories or flow diagrams

  • Familiarity with basic SQL, Postman, or testing tools

Basic understanding of agile development process
