Job Description:

• Own and drive the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework across Mekari.
• Lead the maintenance and strategic updates of the Risk Register and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Provide risk-based input for internal audit planning, vendor assessments, and new product evaluations.
• Monitor and assess emerging IT and cybersecurity risks, including AI/LLM, third-party, and operational risks.
• Ensure compliance readiness for ISO 27001, SOC 2, and similar frameworks.
• Ensure proactive risk engagement across all business units (including tech, infosec, operations, finance, and commercial) to drive enterprise-wide risk mitigation.
• Deliver clear and structured reporting to executive management and stakeholders.
• Lead the design and execution of company-wide risk awareness campaigns, training, and communication strategies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in risk management or information security, preferably in SaaS or tech companies.
• Strong expertise in IT risk, cloud environment, cybersecurity, and data governance.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM risks, compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC 2), and internal controls.

• Stakeholder management, critical thinking, and reporting skills.
