Job Summary:
Performance Marketing Specialist will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital channels to drive impactful business growth. This position will be responsible for implementing full-funnel advertising strategies across search, display, social, video, and mobile platforms, aiming to maximize ad spend effectiveness, efficiency and ROI. Furthermore, this role will involve continuous exploration of new opportunities, meticulous audience optimization, and detailed performance monitoring to ensure campaign success.

Execute, monitor, and optimize paid digital campaigns across relevant channels, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads

Support campaign initiatives for lead generation, traffic, visibility, and awareness objectives.

Work closely with the related stakeholder to support boost ads, paid amplification, and other campaign initiatives.

Monitor campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including budget pacing, delivery, CTR, CPC, conversions, and other key performance metrics.

Conduct routine campaign optimization, including keyword review, search term analysis, negative keyword updates, ad copy adjustments, audience review, and basic bidding improvements.

Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify issues, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Prepare clear and well-structured performance reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.

Support basic media planning, budget allocation, and forecasting based on historical performance and campaign targets.

Ensure campaign setup, naming convention, tracking, and dashboard maintenance are properly managed and kept organized.

Provide data-based recommendations to improve campaign performance and support business goals.
Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Digital Advertising.

Hands-on experience in managing digital ads campaigns, especially Google Ads.

Good understanding of key performance marketing metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, CPL, and CPA.

Able to monitor performance, conduct routine optimizations, and provide basic to intermediate campaign analysis.

Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.

Strong attention to detail and good execution discipline.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proactive, willing to learn, and able to take ownership of assigned campaigns.

Able to understand campaign objectives and translate performance data into practical recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Google Search Ads is a strong plus.

Exposure to paid social campaigns, boost ads, or social media amplification is a plus.

Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Google Looker Studio or performance reporting dashboards is preferred (such as Zoho Analytics/Dashboard).

Experience in B2B, SaaS, or a multi-product business environment is a plus.
