Position Summary

PMO serves as a strategic partner Head of Business, ensuring efficient execution of high-priority initiatives and enabling smooth operations of the business unit. This position requires an individual who is both tactical and strategic, capable of managing cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and driving key projects forward. PMO will oversee operational execution, act as a liaison between the senior team and other departments, and take on mission critical and ad-hoc projects.

 

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support

  • Work closely with the Head of Business and senior team to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure alignment across departments.

  • Provide critical thinking and problem-solving support for complex initiatives.

  • Monitor the progress of key initiatives and ensure that deadlines are met, resources are allocated effectively, and issues are addressed promptly.

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead and/or drive high-priority projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and successfully.

  • Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.

  • Identify and address roadblocks, keeping senior leadership informed of key developments and challenges.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring that all team members have the information and support they need to succeed.

  • Serve as a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, relaying important information between teams and leadership.

  • Help prioritize requests and opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Special Projects

  • Take on mission critical strategic projects as needed, often of a cross-functional or high-visibility nature.

  • Perform research, analysis, and preparation of recommendations on topics relevant to organizational growth and development.

 

Qualifications

Education:

  • Undergraduate and/or Master’s.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in strategy office/CEO office, management consulting, or strategic PMO roles.

  • Demonstrated track record of managing strategy and complex projects and driving progress.

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
