Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Management:
  • Identify and qualify potential B2B SaaS leads through channels such as social media, email campaigns, networking events and converting them into Business.
  • Craft emails and book an introductory meeting with potential clients
  • Develop and implement strategies journey to nurture leads, ensuring a steady flow into the sales pipeline
  • Manage a team and ensure their success in achieving targets
  • Partner Enablement, S&M Collaboration:
  • Helping and enabling partners by providing the necessary training and resources to effectively sell and independently perform SDR activities
  • Responsible for track usage adoption, renewals & expansion from client’s partners
  • Coordinate with marketing and partnership teams to plan and execute joint events, webinars, and campaigns to generate demand and enhance brand awareness for leads and partners
  • Ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts to optimize lead generation and conversion
  • Lead Distribution:
  • Assess and assign leads to either direct sales teams or partners
  • Monitor and analyze lead distribution effectiveness, making adjustments to improve conversion rates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, partner management, or a related role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for managing leads and partner relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
