Job Description
This role requires a background in a large unionized and diverse workforce.
- Lead, develop and continue to reshape a mature team across all HR functions.
- Develop and implement an agile HR strategy that supports organic growth, a move towards digitalization, and transformation of the business towards a global standard.
- Partner with the CEO to drive a fast-paced change agenda in an increasingly high-performance business.
