A Head of National Expansion has some important duties and responsibilities to fulfilll, with both short and long-term goals to achieve.
Job Descriptions:
- Assess market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities and expansion
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Bring out the best of the area's personnel, by providing coaching, development, and motivation
