Job Descriptions:

  • Lead day-to-day, including coaching and managing, and after-sales team, providing strategic direction for the team, managing the overall performance of the team, budgeting, expense management, etc
  • Develop a winning culture that rewards and recognizes the team for their contributions and reinforces Mekari values
  • Responsible for managing the workflow of the team, employee counseling and performance  problems/resolutions, etc
  • Prepare and deliver regular financial and performance updates to Chief Customer Officer
  • Build and maintain relationships with various teams within Mekari, including Product Management, Business Development, Partnership, and Customer Success, to create strong partnerships that enhance the overall customer experience
  • Ensure that all customer and prospect interactions are conducted in accordance with Mekari standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide client-facing leadership for strategic deals and customer support
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of competitor’s products and pricing in the market served
