Job Description

• Leading, nurturing, and growing the creative and multimedia team ensuring team members are set up for success.
• Establishing a streamlined design process for an agile team to accommodate growth.
• Working closely with the marketing team and various stakeholders in building lead generation strategies and maintaining healthy funnels through various media, ranging from display ads to websites
• Developing new brand identities and established a unified brand architecture for Mekari and its products, as well as setting visual standards for digital and print collaterals.
• Communicate and coordination within Internal Company
• Attendance and personal information monitoring

Requirement/Qualifications

• Strong business journalism background with at least 3 years of experience working as an editor with leading publishers (those with marketing and content creation experience are welcomed)
• Profound experience in producing long-form content like e-books
• Analytical and data-driven when it comes to topic research and facts verification that ensure relevancy and validity of contents
• High familiarity with SEO and social listening tools will be a strong differentiator
• A compelling storyteller, superior creativity with angles and headlines
• Excellent writing and editing skills, highly attentive to details
