Job Responsibilities:

Write, and edit user interface text, help content, onboarding guides, tooltips, error messages, and other product-related content.

Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.

Ensure consistency in style, tone, and terminology across the product.

Create and maintain a content style guide and documentation.

Analyze content performance and use data to improve user engagement and satisfaction.

Provide valuable insight and feedback during ideation design process and user research results.

Participate in the overall product development process.
Requirements:
-
2+ years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, or a related field, preferably in B2B or related industry.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Energetic advocate of user-centered mentality within the team, divisions, and stakeholders.
