Job Descriptions:

  • Contribute in developing team OKR
  • Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team
  • Leading and mentoring activation team, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole 
  • Oversees and supports multiple implementation projects.
  • Reviews external clients' product demands, develops project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the system integration team to ensure compliance with all client requirements, provide appropriate training to clients, and ensure efficient implementation of all systems.
  • Develop all processes and tools for customer implementation lifecycle, identify defects, and provide an efficient interface with all marketing and technical departments.
  • Maintain all project plans, ensure timeframe compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a SaaS company with experience in leading teams 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Familiar with CRM tools
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients
  • Fast learner and independent
  • Having good interpersonal and teamwork skill
