Job Descriptions:

  • Monitor accounts receivable daily
  • Identify outstanding account receivable
  • Investigate historical data for debts and bills
  • Take action in others to encourage timely payments
  • Report and handle billing Issue with related Team
  • Contact client and discuss their overdue payments
  • Update account status records
  • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress 
  • Preparing/recon data needed by another team
  • Handle account administration process (input account activation, create invoice, etc.) 
  • Handle and manage customer cases daily

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of working experience in Accounting and Finance.
  • Experiences working in AR area.
  • Understanding of control and aging AR.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Good English communication skills.
