Job Description:

  • Responsible for the audit data collection, preparation, and organization of audit documentation.

  • Conduct interviews and walkthroughs to understand business processes and risks.

  • Perform testing of internal controls and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of processes.

  • Perform audit fieldwork under the supervision.

  • Assist in executing audit engagements in accordance with the internal audit plan.

  • Assist in preparing draft findings, audit reports, and presentations.

  • Assist in data analysis to identify anomalies, trends, and risks.

  • Monitor and follow up on the implementation status of audit recommendations.

  • Support ad-hoc investigations, special reviews, or process improvement projects as needed.

  • Provide general administrative support to the internal audit team.

  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, industry trends, and best practices in internal auditing.

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

    • 1–2 years of experience in internal audit or external audit.

    • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or project experience are welcome to apply. 

    • Basic understanding of audit and accounting principles.

    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.

    • Good verbal and written communication skills.

    • High integrity, professionalism, and objectivity.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with audit software or data analytics tools like Tableau is a plus.
