Job description:

• Responsible to evaluate, maintain and monitor portfolio record (both new and existing database)
• Modify any existing portfolio within the software to meet the needs of stakeholders
• Responsibility for maintaining the integrity and performance of company portfolio
• Ensure customers’ portfolio is stored optimally within software used in the company
• Supporting the after-sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
• Reconcile records from multiple databases to support operational activities in after-sales team

Requirements:

• 1 year related working experience as Sales Admin / Sales Assistant (but fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)
• Familiar with Ms. Excel
• Meticulous and good attention to details
• Good communication
• Good personality
