Account Management Specialist

  • Manage end-to-end product renewal and expansion to existing clients (all product).
  • Working closely with internal team to create and execute marketing campaigns to boost product expansion & renewal
  • Conduct product demonstrations to existing clients if necessary.
  • Continually gather feedback from our clients, then work directly with our product team to provide input on the product roadmap
  • Handle administrative duties e.g. the renewal emails, quotations, invoices, and weekly report


  • Bachelor’s degree from any major
  • Min 1-2 years of experience as Business Development/ Aftersales in SaaS/Tech company 
  • Familiar with CRM tools is a plus
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
  • Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
  • Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
  • Able to multitask & good time management
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Continuously updated with current business trends
  • Able to work under pressure
