Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end product renewal and expansion to existing clients (all product).
- Working closely with internal team to create and execute marketing campaigns to boost product expansion & renewal
- Conduct product demonstrations to existing clients if necessary.
- Continually gather feedback from our clients, then work directly with our product team to provide input on the product roadmap
- Handle administrative duties e.g. the renewal emails, quotations, invoices, and weekly report
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Has experience as Business Development/ Aftersales in SaaS/Tech company
- Familiar with CRM tools is a plus
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
- Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
- Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
- Able to multitask & good time management
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Continuously updated with current business trends
