Job Descriptions:

  • Conduct product training regularly both Class and Private
  • Attract and nurture Users to use E-sign feature
  • Assist client to setup applications appropriate with clients requirements
  • Provide consultancy for a client about best practice E-signature Software
  • Support and provide solutions to clients’ issues
  • Gather client’s feedback & information and implement them to the system
  • Regularly report to the manager about client’s needs and problems


  • Candidate possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of any major (Legal or related regulation major are a plus)
  • Required skills in engaging and nurture E-sign software user
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients
  • Fast learner and independent
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Able to work under pressure
