Job Descriptions:

• Be a thinking partner and go-to person for the product, business, marketing to build the strategies to achieve the company's goals
• Design, scope, execute, and analyze the research projects independently
• Communicate the users' insights clearly and ensure it's well-considered in the decision making
• Initiative the research projects with the aim to increase the understanding of market needs
• Translate the research findings into a strategic recommendation for stakeholders
• Help build the internal research capabilities by sharing the research knowledge

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Mixed method researchers with at least 4 years of experience in market research, either in-house or research agency
• Able to design, execute, and analyze the research project from start to finish independently with minimum supervision
• Able to communicate the research findings to relevant stakeholders and be the advocate of users' voices to ensure customer centricity within the company
• Proven track record of translating consumer and market insights into business, marketing, or product impact that can influence the strategic decisions
• Has an experience in B2B space is preferable
