Job Descriptions:

• Assist clients’ needs on configuring the system.

• Provide consultancy for clients on best practices for Omnichannel and CRM.

• Gather client requirements and implement the system.

• Report to manager about client needs and problems regularly.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology.

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a SaaS company.

• Familiar with CRM and Omnichannel tool(s).

• Fluent in verbal and written English.

• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & G Suite).

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Adaptable to any situation in clients' environment.

• Fast and independent learner.

• Having good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
