Job Descriptions:
- Maintain, monitoring and review (analyze) monthly balance sheet and profit or loss accounts
- Prepare monthly balance sheet listing and reconciliation (including review bank reconciliation) and stand alone financial statement disclosure
- Check and review monthly commission
- Review monthly aging AR and AP and discuss with AR and AP Team if any unusual balance noted, or if there is any new transaction
- Input monthly and recurring journal transaction (amortisation, depreciation, adjustment and reclassification)
- Prepare supporting documents needed during the external audit
- Assist on annual fixed assets physical observation
- Assist Ad Hoc Project
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Experience in auditing, especially from Big 8/KAP/tech companies
- Excellent knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local accounting standards (PSAK)
- Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft and Google Workspace)
- Strong initiative, detail-oriented, and excellent analytical thinking skills
