Job Descriptions:

  • Manage, lead, & motivate telesales team
  • Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team.
  • Actively monitor team performance on daily basis by generating the reports
  • Involved in script development and enhancement as well as the development of the tools.
  • Generate new customers for the company as well as passing higher usage leads to Sales team

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Telesales/ Outbound call center field preferably in services/ SaaS industry with minimum 1 year as a Leader / SPV level
  • Excellent analytical & leadership skill is a must
  • Result and sales-oriented with a strong focus on sales achievement
  • Proactive, initiative and discipline behavior at work
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Strong people management skills and ability to create a positive and competitive work environment
