Job Description:
  • Make a cooperation agreement contract between the company and the client

  • Ensure the hardcopy of the contract document is final and signed by the client and returned before the implementation phase

  • Update all databases regarding the progress of approval, signed, and contract returns.

  • Coordinate with the Finance team related to the invoice payment process.

  • Conduct quality control on leads set by the telesales team to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and qualification.

  • Assign and schedule leads to the sales team on a daily basis to ensure efficient and balanced distribution.

  • Manage and monitor sales performance dashboards to track daily and overall performance.

  • Prepare simple and periodic sales reports to support performance evaluation and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Have at least 1-year experience as Sales Operations / Sales Admin, preferably B2B or consulting firm

  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft Office).

  • Strong negotiation &  communication skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English is a plus)

  • Fast Learner and detail-oriented.

  • Have a positive, can-do attitude, extraordinary hustle, disdain for failure, and hunger/appreciation for the feedback.
