Job Description:
  • Communicate with clients to confirm approval of SPK & NDA.
  • Negotiate agreements if there are requests for changes or additional clauses in the Talenta SPK & NDA.
  • Create SPK & NDA cooperation agreements between the Company and clients.
  • Ensure that the hard copy SPK & NDA documents are final and signed by the client before the implementation phase.
  • Provide prompt updates in Gdocs regarding the approval progress, signatures, and return of SPK & NDA.
  • Coordinate with Finance regarding the client's invoice payment process.
  • Provide contract renewal offers 3 months before the client's contract expires.
  • Produce SPK for renewing clients.
  • Provide prompt updates in Gdocs regarding the renewal progress.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Operations/Sales Admin, preferably B2B.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fast learner, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Smart, mature, proactive, and energetic.
